Asana and poses are tailored to suit the difficulties faced with today’s westerner body and meditation is easy and enjoyable. Laura has been in the Yoga industry for 10 years and teaching for 6. She has classes in the Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire area and also runs one to one courses to suit personal needs.
She is friendly, open and confident and can apply Yoga to just about any problem or issue that is stopping you from living your life and reaching your goals whether it be mental, emotional or physical. Laura has experience in; Using Hatha Yoga to help woman through hormonal changes like PMT, Menopause and Pregnancy both during and after giving birth. Using Hatha Yoga to heal the physical body after minor accidents and illness through Yoga Asana and Poses, diet and positive thought. Using Hatha Yoga to combat emotional issues which can obstruct normal everyday living like depression and anxiety, fears, addiction and shyness.
Laura also has additional experience teaching Yoga to Children with disabilities and learning difficulties and has been CRB checked.
One to one courses take as long as it takes but to give you a rough idea;
